Full-Stack Development - A Multimedia Memory Preservation Web Platform

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to create an interactive web platform designed for users to capture and preserve their life stories through text, audio, and attached media. The core functionality will involve sending personalized questions to users, which they can respond to in multiple formats and compile these into a multimedia ebook.
This project includes developing both front-end and back-end systems, and will be hosted by our company. It is expected that users will interact with the site using both desktop and mobile browsers. An app is not currently required but may be a consideration in future so it's important to have a secure API layer built-in.
Objectives:

- Implement an intuitive user interface for interacting with multimedia content.
- Ensure the front-end is accessible, following WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Back-End Development:
- Develop a secure and scalable server setup to handle multimedia data and user interactions.
- Integrate a robust database to store multimedia content and user responses securely.
- Craft a system that supports audio recording within the browser and the attachment of various media formats to responses.
- Enable the conversion of text, audio, and attached media into an accessible multimedia ebook format.
- Set up a secure server environment that can handle custom cadence settings for multiple users.
- Integrate a database system for storing user profiles, questions, and answers securely.
- Develop a system for compiling answers into an ebook format and providing download functionality.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a modern front-end framework (React.js or Angular) with media handling capabilities.
- Experience with server-side programming (Node.js or Python), and familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) including large media files storage solutions.
- Integration of audio recording functionalities and third-party services for email delivery and multimedia handling.
- Knowledge of integrating third-party services like SendGrid or Mailchimp for email delivery, and ebook creation APIs.
- Implementation of security measures for multimedia data, adhering to GDPR standards.
Deliverables:
- Complete source code for platform with multimedia support, along with documentation.
