Full-Stack Developer with AI Experience for Modern Web App (Version 1 Project)

I'm seeking for developer who has got FullStack skill and 2+ years of experiences in AI that can start the site with me.
This is the Version-1 project, so if I'm satisfied with your product then I'm planning to work with you as long-term and higher budget.

Job Description
I'm looking for a Full-Stack Developer with at least 2 years of experience in AI to help me build the first version of a new website from scratch.
This will be a Version 1 (V1) project. If I'm satisfied with your work, I plan to continue with you for long-term collaboration on future versions with a larger budget.

Project Scope
The site will feature:
* AI Automation Tool Advertisement
* Smart & Responsive Design (around 5–6 pages)
* Web Chat (Mockup only in this version)
* Light & Dark Mode Themes

Requirements
* Strong Full-Stack Development skills
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AI or AI integration
* Ability to propose the best modern and fast framework or platform (e.g., Next.js, React, or similar)
* Good sense of UI/UX design and clean, modern layout aesthetics
