Full Stack Developer for a marketing tool

We are building a marketing tool that online eCommerce stores can be used to increase their conversions.
I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer who can develop a marketing tool. The developer must have:
1. Strong knowledge and skills in PHP
2. The ability to create and manage SQL databases
3. Writes clean code following best coding practices
4. Be able to develop WordPress plugins (and similar plugins) that can be used to connect our tool to WordPress sites
5. Be able to create a dashboard for our clients where they can integrate and manage the tool.
6. The developer must have experience developing features like location, data streams, browsing data, REST APIs, microservices, mobile SDK and cookies.
