? Project Overview:

MindMatrix is building an AI-First EdTech Platform that blends advanced GenAI technologies with gamification to upskill Indian college students across multiple domains. We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who can handle end-to-end development, API integrations, and deliver this project with speed and precision.

✅ Project is divided into 3 Phases:



? Phase 1 Development:
• Sign In/Sign Up (User Authentication)
• Landing Page Design
• Dashboard Overview: Progress, Insights, and Career Coins
• Course Module with Basic Interaction (Learning Pathway Integration)



? Phase 2 Development:
• Basic Community Page (Post, Comment, Like/Engage)
• Short Video Feature (Similar to Insta Reels for Learning Modules)
• Study Room (Collaborative Learning and Peer Interaction)
• Advanced Dashboard: Skill & Pathways, Task Overview



? Phase 3 Development:
• Learning Management System (LMS) with Multi-Layered Courses
• AI-Driven Mentor with Dynamic Interaction (Advanced Conversation Models)
• Full Community Portal with Advanced Features
• Upgraded Dashboard with Interactive Career Insights



? Tech Stack Required:

✅ Frontend:
• ReactJS with Tailwind or Material UI
• Responsive Design Principles
• Strong Component Design and State Management

✅ Backend:
• Node.js for API Development and Backend Logic
• Python (For AI-Driven Modules & GenAI Integration)
• RESTful API Design and Integration

✅ Database Expertise:
• SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Knowledge of API Calls and Integration with Databases

✅ API Integration:
• Experience with Integrating Third-Party APIs
• Handling Secure Authentication and Authorization



? Key Responsibilities:
• Build, develop, and deploy front-end and back-end modules.
• Design responsive interfaces with smooth user interactions.
• Handle database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) efficiently.
• Integrate APIs and ensure real-time data exchange.
• Optimize performance across all phases and ensure scalability.
• Debug and resolve technical challenges swiftly.

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, Node.js, and Python.
• Database experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with REST API development and third-party API integration.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready code with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Agile Development Processes.



? Preferred Skills (Bonus):
• Knowledge of AI and LLM Models.
• Experience in building Gamified Platforms.
• Hands-on experience with WebSockets and Real-Time Communication.
• Exposure to LMS Platforms and Online Learning Tools.
