Title: Full-Stack Developer for Debugging and Feature Expansion of HR Platform
Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to support the ongoing development of our HRTech platform — a modular SaaS solution designed to optimize human resource management processes (e.g., climate surveys, onboarding/offboarding, assessments, ATS, and more).
The platform is already developed and functional, but we need a skilled professional to:
Debug and optimize existing modules (both frontend and backend)
Enhance performance and ensure full functionality across user profiles and roles (Super Admin, Admin, Partner, User)
Implement new features based on defined technical prompts and specifications
Ensure data integrity across modules and consistent UI/UX design
Integrate APIs and webhooks where needed (for email, analytics, and integrations with external tools)
Tech Stack (already in use):
Frontend: React / Next.js
Backend: Node.js / Express
Database: MongoDB
Deployment: Vercel / AWS
Other: REST APIs, SendGrid/Resend for notifications, Lovable.dev for development flow
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in full-stack development (React + Node.js)
Solid understanding of modular SaaS architecture
Experience with debugging and code optimization
Availability for continuous collaboration (hourly basis)
Good communication in English
Nice to have:
Experience with HRTech, ATS, or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with Lovable.dev environment
Understanding of role-based access control and data visualization (dashboards, KPIs)
Project Type: Ongoing — initial scope focused on debugging and implementing new functionalities, with the possibility of continued collaboration for future modules.
