Full-Stack Developer for Startup Digital Platform

I’m looking for a skilled and reliable Full-Stack Developer (individual, not a company) to help maintain and improve my startup’s digital platforms. We currently have two websites (one for nurses and one for organizations) and a mobile app (Android & iOS) for the nurse side.

Our tech stack includes: React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS S3, GitLab, and Hostinger.

You’ll be responsible for regular maintenance, adding new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance across all platforms. Experience working on both frontend and backend, along with some knowledge of mobile app integration, would be ideal.

I’m specifically looking to work directly with an individual developer, not through a team or business analyst — as I’ve found communication often gets lost in the process. I prefer to communicate directly via WhatsApp, as it’s faster and more reliable than tools like Slack or email.
