Full-Stack Developer for Solar Workflow Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled full-stack developer (or a product team) to implement a set of critical enhancements and new feature integrations into our proprietary job and client management platform. This platform serves residential and commercial solar/EPC jobs, integrating sales workflows, milestone tracking, and secure user access levels.

Scope of Work:

Admin Controls & Access Management
Create secure Super Admin invitation links with email verification and approval gating post-registration.
Implement tiered role-based access controls:
Super Admins
Company Admins
Sales Reps
EPCs
Loan Officers
Homeowners

Role-Based Permissions
Sales Reps can only view their own deals/jobs.
Companies only see data for their team and organization.
EPCs only see the GANTT page after job funding.
Loan Officers can only see files relevant to states they operate in.
Chat access limited to Sales Rep, Company Admins, and IQGen personnel.

Feature Additions
Replace “Residential PPA” deal type with Equity Hybrid option.
Add “Home Improvement” as a job type under residential jobs.
Display client info directly in the Job Dashboard.
Add support for push notifications (chat messages, milestones).
Add a new “Offer” milestone.
Implement denial/approval logic post full package submission.
Add message and task notifications to the Notification Center.
Build a team-only online presence view for quick messaging.
Add "Forgot password" recovery fix.

Integrations
Implement and attach Equity Hybrid Questionnaire to deals: Google Form
Hook up chat and messaging to milestone triggers.
Create functionality to invite homeowners to their Customer Portal tied to their deal.
Integrate Loan Officer Portal and Customer Portal (see Figma designs provided).

Milestone Management
Update platform milestone logic to match new milestone flow as defined in Figma.
Add ability for Admins to approve or deny job packages after submission.

Ideal Candidate:
Experience with role-based permission systems and secure auth flows.
Strong frontend (React or similar) and backend (Node.js, Python, or similar) skills.
Familiarity with Gantt chart tools and notifications systems (web + push).
Previous work on CRM or project management systems a plus.
Ability to interpret Figma and Loom walkthroughs.
