I'm in need of a full stack developer to assist in completing an HR-type recruiting platform with AI integrations. The main focus will be on both back-end and front-end development with an aim to set up a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the very near future.
Key Features of the Project:
- Core Functionality: The MVP will primarily feature an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- AI Integrations: I want to incorporate Machine Learning techniques for job matching within the platform.
- User Roles: The platform should cater to three user types - Recruiters, Applicants, and Admins.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
- Prior experience in creating HR or recruiting platforms is a plus.
