Full Stack Developer for Lead Distribution Platform (API Integrations & Optimization)

About the Project:
We run Loanspot.ca, a lead generation platform in the financial space. Our system processes consumer loan applications and distributes them to multiple third-party APIs (lead buyers) in real-time. We’re looking for an experienced developer who can maintain, enhance, and optimize our existing lead distribution platform.
What You’ll Work On:
Maintaining and improving a custom lead submission system
Managing and integrating multiple third-party APIs (for lead posting, validation, etc.)
Ensuring secure data handling, validation, and error tracking
Optimizing workflows for speed, reliability, and scalability
Adding new features and integrations as we onboard new partners
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in API integration (RESTful APIs, authentication, webhooks, etc.)
Proficiency in backend development (e.g. Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar)
Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Understanding of secure data handling and performance optimization
Ability to debug, document, and improve existing codebases
Bonus Points For:
Experience working on lead generation or fintech platforms
Familiarity with Google Ads lead forms, Zapier-like flows, or postback systems
Prior experience maintaining or rebuilding legacy codebases
