Full-Stack Developer for ERP-Integrated Portal

Tenant Portal with ERP Integration
We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer with ERP integration expertise to build a Tenant Self-Service Portal for property management.
The portal will allow tenants to log in, view their contracts, payments, transaction history, and submit maintenance requests. The backend ERP system is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), and we already have custom ERP services/APIs that expose customer, contract, payment, and transaction data.
The developer may use any modern web framework (PHP/Laravel, React/Next.js, Angular, ASP.NET Core, etc.) to build the front-end portal, as long as it is secure, scalable, and well-documented. The portal should connect to an Azure SQL Database middleware that caches ERP data and improves performance.
Key Features Needed
Tenant Authentication
Tenants sign up by validating Customer ID against ERP services.
Role-based login and secure authentication.
Tenant Dashboard
Display lease/sales contract information.
Show payment status and upcoming dues.
Transaction history (invoices & receipts).
Maintenance request submission and tracking.
General enquiry form.
Payments
Integration with a secure payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.).
After successful payment, post payment back to ERP via API.
ERP Integration
Sync ERP data → Azure SQL Database (Customers, Contracts, Invoices, Payments).
Push tenant actions (payments, requests) back to ERP.
Use Azure Logic Apps / Functions for scheduled syncs.
Skills Required
Experience in modern web frameworks (e.g., Laravel/PHP, React, Next.js, Angular, ASP.NET Core, or similar).
Knowledge of Azure SQL Database (schema design, middleware caching).
Understanding of Azure Logic Apps / Functions for ERP sync workflows.
ERP integration experience, especially with D365 F&O APIs / OData / Custom Services.
SQL Server knowledge (ERP entities like CustTable, CustInvoiceJour, CustTrans, CustPaymTable, Contracts).
Secure authentication & role-based access management.
Frontend UI development (dashboard, forms, responsive design).
Payment gateway integration (Stripe/PayPal/Razorpay).
Deliverables
