Full Stack Developer & Database Engineer – Dialer and Dashboard Platform

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer and Database Engineer to design, build, and maintain a platform that captures and stores raw data, develops a custom dialer, and publishes real-time dashboards. This role demands a proactive and solution-oriented developer who can manage the entire technology stack — from database architecture to front-end user interfaces.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in database design, backend APIs, frontend frameworks, real-time data visualization, and building telephony or dialing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Development:
Design and build a secure, scalable database to store raw data from multiple sources.
Ensure the database architecture supports high-volume, high-frequency read/write operations.
Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for structured and unstructured data ingestion.
Maintain raw data integrity and develop backup/restore processes.
Dialer Development:
Build a fully functional outbound/inbound dialer system.
Integrate SIP, VoIP, Twilio, Plivo, or similar APIs for telephony services.
Manage call routing, lead prioritization, scheduling, call logging, and disposition tracking.
Ensure compliance with TCPA and other dialing regulations.
Full Stack Web Development:
Develop backend services (APIs) to interact with database and dialer systems.
Build a modern, user-friendly dashboard for agents and managers.
Create custom metrics reporting, live analytics, and performance monitoring.
Publish dashboards with secure user access and permission-based views.
Other Responsibilities:
Set up cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred).
Ensure high system uptime, scalability, and security.
Provide technical documentation for all systems.
Work collaboratively with leadership to continuously improve platform performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years of full stack development experience.
3+ years of database architecture experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
Proficient with backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, Django, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
Proficient with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
Strong experience building dialer systems or telephony integrations.
Familiarity with real-time dashboard libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts, or similar).
Cloud platform experience (AWS EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Websockets, and serverless architecture.
Experience working with CRM or lead management systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of security best practices (data encryption, access control, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with call center CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Konnektive CRM, HubSpot).
Knowledge of predictive dialing and automatic call distribution (ACD).
Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Experience publishing production-level dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or custom-built.
