# Full Stack Developer Required – Dealer Management System (Long-Term)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to take ownership of our Dealer Management System (DMS) project and manage it from development to deployment.

## Project Overview
The project is already developed to a large extent. We need a developer who can understand the existing codebase, continue development, fix bugs, add new features, improve performance, and manage deployment.

## Technology Stack
- React / Next.js (Frontend)

- Email (SMTP/Nodemailer)
- Authentication & JWT

## Responsibilities
- Understand the existing project architecture.
- Add new modules and features.
- Fix bugs and optimize performance.
- Implement secure authentication.
- Develop Dealer & Distributor management features.
- Add Forgot Password with Email OTP.
- Improve Admin Panel.
- Maintain database and APIs.
- Deploy and maintain the application.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Test features before delivery.
- Coordinate with us for future feature development.

## Required Skills
- Strong React / Next.js knowledge.
- Node.js & Express.js.
- PostgreSQL.
- JWT Authentication.
- API Integration.
- Git & GitHub.
- Deployment on VPS/Cloud/Linux/Windows Server.
- Debugging and problem-solving.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems, CRM, ERP, or Inventory software.
- Experience with email services and security best practices.
- Knowledge of performance optimization.
