Full-Stack Developer for Community App

I am looking to hire an experienced full-stack developer or a small team to build a mobile-first society/community management app, similar in functionality to MyGate or NoBrokerHood.

The app should support the following core features in Phase 1 (MVP):

User registration/login (resident, admin, security roles)
Visitor management (pre-approval, entry/exit logs)
Real-time push notifications
Maintenance billing and payments
Chat or message board (optional)
Admin dashboard (basic web panel)

Tech Stack Preference (Open to suggestions):
Frontend: React Native (preferred for cross-platform)
Backend: Node.js / Python / Java (Spring Boot)
Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Push Notifications: Firebase
Hosting: AWS / GCP

Portfolio or demo of similar apps (community, apartment, or admin panels)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in building production-grade mobile apps for both iOS and Android
- Strong background in backend and frontend development
- Familiarity with integrating third-party services, especially payment gateways
- Excellent UI/UX design skills to ensure a user-friendly interface
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
- Clean, modular, and scalable code practices
