Hello! I'm Raul
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our project on a long-term freelance basis (12+ months) minimum time Extendable. We’re transforming an Airbnb-style platform into a mid-term rental solution similar to Flatio, Spotahome, or Uniplaces, targeting digital nomads, Erasmus students, expats, and remote workers.

About the project:
• We’ve purchased and installed an Airbnb clone developed.
• The current version is live and integrated with:
◦ PayPal, Stripe, Twilio, Google Maps, Google APIs, SMTP (SendPulse)
• However, the platform has many bugs and lacks flexibility for fast changes.
• We have the full source code and are ready to move forward with a better, more efficient development flow.

What we need:
We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to:
• Work 30 hours/week
• Budget: €1,500/month for 1 Year minimum Extendable
• Tech Stack:
React
Node.js
Angular
PHP / Laravel
CMS integration
Graphic/UI design basics
DB (Mysql, Progres) or Mongo, etc.
• Etc……...
• Key features to implement:
◦ Multilingual support (4–5 languages)
◦ SEO-friendly architecture & clean URLs and 4-5 languages
◦ Digital contract signature integration (e.g., Docusign API)
◦ Flexible property listing: apartments, rooms, student housing, colivings
◦ Admin panel improvements and custom feature development
◦ A calendar similar to those found in property management systems (PMS)
◦ Different VAT rates depending on the country where the property is located within the EU
◦ B2C and B2B
◦ Developing the APIs

We're a small entrepreneurial team based in Málaga, Spain, with over 7 years of experience in the short-term rental market.
