The Role: Full-Stack Ownership from Concept to Code
We are seeking a highly experienced and product-minded Senior Full-Stack Developer who possesses exceptional skills across the entire software lifecycle, from conceptualizing user flows (UX/UI) to deploying scalable backend services. You will function as a bridge between design, product, and engineering, ensuring every feature is not only functional and performant but also visually polished and delightful to use.
You will own features entirely, contributing code to both the client and server side while maintaining rigorous quality standards and driving architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Experience & Front-End Development
• Design Implementation: Translate high-fidelity mockups (Figma, Sketch) and wireframes into pixel-perfect, highly responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Component Architecture: Design, build, and maintain reusable UI components using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and TypeScript.
• UX Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve usability issues, advocating for best practices in information architecture, interaction design, and application performance (load times, bundle size, jank).
2. Back-End Systems & Architecture
• API Design: Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs using [e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Go].
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas (SQL or NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and query efficiency.
• Deployment & Scaling: Implement and manage cloud infrastructure components (using AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure high availability and reliability, working within CI/CD pipelines.
3. Quality, Testing, and Collaboration
• Quality Assurance (QI): Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for both front-end and back-end codebases.
• Code Review: Actively participate in peer code reviews, ensuring code quality, security standards, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Technical Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for APIs, architecture, and complex system designs.
Required Skills and Experience
• 10+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack software development.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern front-end framework (React is preferred).
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern responsive design patterns (Tailwind CSS experience is a plus).
• Strong experience developing and scaling back-end services with a major language/framework ([e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django, Go]).
• Proven ability to design database schemas and write optimized queries (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Solid experience with Git, agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
Desired (Bonus) Qualifications
• Experience with advanced state management patterns (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX).
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and translating design language systems into code.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX instincts and practical design implementation.
