Full Stack Developer (React + Node) for Real Estate CRM + Mobile App

Looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build and enhance a Real Estate CRM platform. The system includes lead management, project/site management, dashboards, calendars, and communication modules. Work may extend into building the mobile app (React Native).

Key Responsibilities:
• Build responsive UI screens in React
• Develop and integrate Node.js/Express REST APIs
• Create modules for leads, site/projects, users, scheduling, and reporting
• Implement authentication, access control, and role-based permissions
• Integrate third-party APIs (SMS, WhatsApp, payments if required)
• Work with the database (MongoDB or PostgreSQL)
• Optimise performance and ensure clean state management
• Work with the mobile app team or build the React Native app if required

Requirements:
• Strong experience with React, hooks, Redux/Context
• Strong experience with Node.js, Express, REST APIs
• Experience with MongoDB/PostgreSQL
• Experience building CRM-type systems or dashboards
• Ability to convert Figma/UI designs into production-ready screens
• Experience in authentication, JWT, and role-based access
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver milestone-based work

Nice to Have:
• Experience with React Native for mobile
• Experience with admin dashboards
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of TypeScript
