Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Go + React) to Customise Existing Compliance Platform
Project Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to enhance and extend the functionality of our existing compliance platform, which is used for ISO 27001 and other standards readiness.
The project involves backend and frontend customisation, adding new compliance modules, and improving performance and UI/UX.


Your Responsibilities
Customize and enhance backend written in Go and GraphQL
Modify and build frontend components using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
Extend or update PostgreSQL schemas and queries
Work with Docker, GitHub Actions, and Prometheus/Grafana for local testing and deployment
Fix open issues, build new features (e.g., custom evidence uploads, access controls, CSV imports)

Requirements
2–5 years of Full Stack Development experience
Strong in Go, React, and GraphQL
Proficient with Docker, PostgreSQL, and Git
Able to run and debug a local dev stack
Bonus: Familiarity with Relay, Loki, OpenTelemetry, or compliance frameworks


Deliverables
Modified UI/UX based on new compliance workflows
New API endpoints (GraphQL)
Deployed working local instance with Docker
Documentation of changes
