Full-Stack Developer Needed for University Portal & Management System (React/Node/Laravel)

Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (or agency) to build a comprehensive custom web application for a higher education institute. This project involves a public-facing informational portal and a complex backend Management Dashboard.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is a custom development project. No WordPress/Wix. Please do not apply if you cannot work with the specified tech stack.
Key Deliverables & Scope: Based on the specific Scope of Work, the system must include:
-Public Portal: CMS for blogs, events, and academic calendars.
-Admissions System: A 9-stage application workflow (Incomplete to Enrolled) with document uploads and automated status tracking.
-Certificate Verification: A public tool to verify student documents via unique serial numbers.
Institute Management Dashboard (ERP):
-Finance Module: Payroll, student payments, and expense tracking.
-Academic Module: Exam, grading, and attendance management.
-Role-Based Access: Super Admin, Registrar, HR, Finance, Instructors, Students, and Parents.
-Security: Role-based permissions, activity logging, and spam protection.
Required Tech Stack (Must use one combination):
-Frontend: React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js.
-Backend: Node.js, Laravel, or Django.
-Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Support Requirements:
You must provide 6 months of post-launch visual/technical support.
You must provide 3 months of minor bug fixes.
Submission of full source code, database files, and admin manuals is required .
