Full-Stack Developer Needed: Build GPT Website & Integrate with My Existing Python Telegram Bot (Centralized Sync & Postbacks

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR DEVELOPERS:
The Telegram Bot is already fully functional and running! The complete Python script (.py file) is ready. You do NOT need to build the bot from scratch. Your main task is to develop the modern GPT website and update/integrate our existing Python script to handle the real-time database synchronization and website logic. This reduces a huge part of the workload!
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to build a modern GPT (Get-Paid-To) Reward Website and seamlessly connect it with our existing Python Telegram Bot. Both platforms must share a centralized, real-time database. The project involves upgrading the website design, integrating multiple offerwalls via secure automated postbacks, and syncing user balances.
We already have an active domain and a basic modern UI design concept (multi-colored, 7-section layout). We need you to elevate this design to a highly professional, premium level.
Key Technical Requirements:
1. Centralized Database & Real-Time Script Sync:
Integrate our existing Python Telegram Bot script with a centralized database (MySQL/MongoDB) that connects directly to the new website.
Balance Logic: Real-time synchronization. If a user earns or withdraws coins on the website, it must instantly reflect/deduct in their Telegram bot dashboard, and vice versa.
Instant Notifications: When a payout occurs via the website, the Python script must trigger an instant notification message to the user through the Telegram bot.
2. Ad Network & Postback Integration:
Implement instant-reward postbacks on the website for the following active networks: Wannads, Notik, CPX Research, Start.io, and Google AdSense.
As soon as a user completes a survey, game, or task, the postback must trigger an immediate coin credit to their global balance.
3. User Authentication & Telegram Verification:
Global signup/login system for the website using phone numbers (No email required, worldwide access).
Bot-to-Web Binding: Upon signing up on the website, a professional popup must force the user to verify/connect their website account with our official Telegram Bot.
4. Unified Referral System:
The user's Telegram User ID will serve as their unique Invitation/Referral Code for both the website and the bot.
Whether a user shares the website link or the Telegram bot link, the backend must process the referral under the same logic and credit rewards instantly.
5. Advanced Website Dashboard Analytics:
The website user dashboard must display detailed statistics:
Today’s, Yesterday’s, This Week’s, Last Week’s, This Month’s, and Last Month’s Earnings.
A comprehensive Payout History / Record log (Only required on the website interface).
6. Minor Bot Adjustments:
Since you will be working with our source code, you will also need to handle 1-2 minor configuration adjustments inside the script (e.g., updating target channels or promotional links).
Budget, Milestones & Terms:
Fixed Budget: $70 - $110 USD (Strictly within this range).
Payment Structure: The payment will be safely split into 3 Milestone Parts.
Release Condition: Milestones will only be released progressively, with the final release after complete testing and bug-free cross-platform synchronization.
