Full-Stack Developer Needed to Build Enterprise Requirements, Test & Risk Management Platform

Job ID: 40025907

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I have the core visuals of platform already in place—HTML/Tailwind screens, an Admin module, and the overall layout that ties Requirements Management, Testing, Risk Management, and full traceability together. The next step is to breathe life into it. My stack is Node.js on the backend and a relational database (MySQL or PostgreSQL, whichever you prefer).

Your first focus will be wiring up the three pillar modules—Requirements, Testing, and Risk—so they share a single source of truth and trace smoothly across one another. I need clean REST or GraphQL endpoints, a well-structured schema, and code that stays readable and testable even as the feature map grows. Think Express or Nest for the HTTP layer, TypeORM/Prisma/Sequelize for the data layer, Jest or your preferred framework for automated tests: I’m open, as long as we land on solid, conventional patterns.

I’m already leveraging ChatGPT and Claude to speed up boilerplate and documentation, so you’ll have quick access to generated stubs and diagrams. That means you can concentrate on the parts that matter—business logic, security, role-based access, versioned requirements, test run management, risk scoring, and the trace matrix UI hooks.

Deliverables I’ll review to accept each milestone:
• A running Node service with endpoints for creating, reading, updating, and linking requirements, tests, and risks
• SQL migrations and seed data that spin up cleanly on Docker or a local Postgres/MySQL instance
• Unit and integration tests covering critical paths (create, update, link) with ≥80 % coverage
• Brief inline docs or a README that lets another developer pull, run, and extend the code in minutes

If you love building structured, scalable apps and enjoy the challenge of unifying disparate lifecycle modules into one seamless experience, let’s talk and get TraceChain fully operational.
