Full Stack Developer Customer Portal / SAAS Product

We are looking for an experienced full stack developer to lead and guide the iterative development of a Web based portal (eventually turning into a SAAS model).
We are currently in the discovery phase, and looking for an experienced develop who can:
- Advise on tech stack, including pros and cons
- Suggest the fastest way to build an MVP, so we can test and iterate
- You will have plenty of experience building customer portals, and SAAS sites.
