Full-Stack Dev for Messaging App & Website

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a mobile app and website with a controlled messaging system.

Core Requirement
• Students send messages in the app
• Messages must:
• go to the Team Leader account
• appear in one centralized messages page on the website
• Applier side messages follow the same flow (Applier → Team Leader → Website)
• No direct chat between students and appliers

Features Needed
• Role-based accounts: Student, Team Leader, Applier, Admin
• Real-time or near real-time messaging
• Centralized web dashboard for all messages
• Admin controls (user creation, assignments, message visibility)
• Secure authentication and permissions

Preferred Tech (flexible)
• Mobile: Flutter or React Native
• Web: React / Next.js
• Backend: Node.js or Python
• Database: PostgreSQL / Firebase

Deliverables
• Mobile app (iOS & Android)
• Web admin/dashboard
• Backend APIs + deployment
