Full-Stack Dev for Medical Ed Platform

I need a full-stack developer to build a medical education platform from scratch.

### Project Overview:

This will be a responsive, user-friendly educational platform aimed at healthcare professionals. It will deliver clinical learning content in three formats — **text summaries**, **infographics**, and **audio files** — and include a **CPD tracking dashboard** with a downloadable certificate.
