Project Overview

I am launching a new on-demand service platform that connects customers with skilled professionals for at-home services. The business model relies on a high degree of transparency and real-time coordination. I need a scalable, high-performance solution consisting of a Customer App, a Service Provider App, and a Central Admin Dashboard.

Scope of Work

1. Customer App: User registration/login (OTP based).
* Service catalog with dynamic pricing (fixed and time-based options).
* Real-time booking system with calendar slots.
* Secure payment gateway integration (UPI, Cards, Wallets).
* Live GPS tracking of the service provider.
* Post-service rating and review system.


2. Service Provider App:
* Onboarding and profile verification.
* Job notifications and acceptance/rejection flow.
* Integrated navigation (Google Maps) to client locations.
* Earnings dashboard and payout tracking.


3. Admin Panel (Web):
* Comprehensive management of users, providers, and services.
* Revenue analytics and reporting.
* Automated invoicing and dispute management.



Technical Requirements

Preferred Stack: Flutter or React Native (Cross-platform) for mobile; Node.js or Python for the backend.
Database: Scalable SQL or NoSQL (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
Security: SSL encryption, secure API endpoints, and data privacy compliance.
Deliverables: Clean, commented source code and 100% IP ownership.
