Description:
We are seeking an experienced full-stack development team to deliver a production-ready commerce & campaign activation platform. The system will handle real-time state management, transactional processing, campaign orchestration, and integrations with ecommerce and analytics tools.

The selected partner will work closely with our internal team under a detailed Business Requirements Document (BRD). Access to the BRD will be granted only after signing an NDA.

Key Technical Requirements:

Core Technologies

1. Databases:
Redis (fast group state & counters)
PostgreSQL/MySQL (transactional campaigns DB)
MongoDB (optional, for flexible document storage)

2. Infrastructure & Hosting:

AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure
Kubernetes (container orchestration, scaling)
Docker (containerization)
Serverless functions (optional, AWS Lambda)

3. CDN & Security:

Cloudflare / AWS CloudFront (DDoS protection, global delivery)

4. CI/CD & Deployment:

GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins
Terraform (infrastructure as code)

5. Queues & Messaging:

RabbitMQ / Kafka / AWS SQS

6. Object Storage:

Amazon S3 (assets, QR codes, reports)

7. Deliverables

Fully functional platform deployed in the chosen cloud environment
Admin dashboard, consumer interfaces, and merchant interfaces
Integration with CDN, queue systems, caching layers, and storage services
Optimized database architecture for high performance and scalability
Documentation for architecture, deployment, and operations

8. Requirements for Bidders

Proven experience in large-scale, high-availability web application development
Previous work with AWS / Kubernetes / Redis / PostgreSQL in production environments
Ability to provide detailed project implementation plan and timeline in proposal
Willingness to present your proposal and answer technical questions
Sign NDA before access to BRD and technical specifications
Deliver project within 4 months of start date
