Full-Stack Dev Partner Needed

I’m launching a web development agency in the UK. As I also have a full-time role, I won’t be able to handle every project myself, so I’m looking for a couple of experienced web developers to partner with.

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Front-End and Backend preferably Node.js and React
- Professional and friendly service
- Interest in long-term collaboration
- Open to fair percentage splits on projects

- Strong portfolio in full-stack development
- Experience in agency work
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and professionalism
