Senior Software Architect / Full-Stack Consultant to Define Enterprise Architecture & Engineering Standards
Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Software Architect / Senior Full-Stack Developer who can help us define a standard, scalable, and decoupled architecture along with engineering standards and development policies that our team will follow across all projects.
The objective is to create a reusable architecture blueprint and development framework for building enterprise-grade, scalable, and AI-ready software products.
Technology Stack:-
The architecture and standards must be defined around the following stack:
Frontend: React.js, Next.js
Backend: Node.js, Express.js
Database: SQL / PostgreSQL
Version Control: GitHub (branching strategy, PR workflow)
Containerization: Docker (local, staging, production)
Hosting & Deployment: Hostinger, AWS
Architecture Type: Scalable, decoupled, enterprise systems
Future Scope: AI / ML integration
Scope of Work:-
1. Architecture Definition
High-level and low-level system architecture
Frontend–backend decoupling strategy
API-first architecture and service communication
Monolith vs microservices decision framework
Scalability, performance, security, and fault tolerance
Environment separation (local, staging, production)
AWS + Hostinger deployment architecture
2. Engineering & Coding Standards:-
Standard folder and project structures
Clean code principles and best practices
React / Next.js architectural patterns
Backend service structure and layering
Error handling, logging, and validation standards
Reusable component and service patterns
3. DevOps, Git & Docker Standards:-
GitHub branching strategy (feature, develop, main)
Pull Request (PR) guidelines and review checklist
Dockerfile and docker-compose standards
Environment variable management
CI/CD pipeline recommendations
Secure secrets and credential handling
4. Tools, Policies & Development Process:-
Recommended tools and libraries
Coding and review policies for developers
Documentation standards
Onboarding guidelines for new developers
Quality checks before deployment
5. AI Readiness & Integration:-
Where and how AI components should be integrated
Decoupling AI services from core systems
API-based AI architecture
Security and data governance considerations for AI modules

Live walkthrough and explanation session with our team

Timeline & Budget:-
Duration: Maximum 4–5 days
One-time Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 INR
Extended Engagement (Optional):-
If the engagement goes well, we are open to extending this role on an hourly basis for:
Daily architecture guidance
Code reviews
Technical decision making
Developer mentoring
Ongoing system improvements
Availability Required:
Minimum 1–2 hours per day from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (IST)
Ideal Candidate Profile:-
Strong experience as a Software Architect / Senior Full-Stack Developer
Hands-on expertise with React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL
Solid understanding of decoupled and scalable architectures
Experience with Docker, GitHub workflows, CI/CD
Experience deploying systems on AWS
Ability to create clear documentation and explain concepts
Experience guiding teams and defining development standards
Exposure to AI system integration is a plus
