Full Stack Civic Service Web App -- 2
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 INR
I’m planning a browser-based civic service application that lets residents interact with their local authority from any device. The web app must do three things well: let users report issues around town, submit service requests, and quickly access city information. Each of these actions should flow through an intuitive front-end, hit a secure, well-documented API, and store data reliably in a back-end database.
I’m flexible on the exact tech stack—React, Vue, Svelte, or another modern framework on the front end; Node.js, Django, Laravel, or a comparable solution on the server side—as long as performance is solid, code is clear, and deployment to a common cloud host is straightforward. If you have a preferred stack, pitch it along with reasons and any open-source components you’d leverage.
Key deliverables
• Responsive web interface covering reporting, requesting, and information modules
• Admin dashboard to triage incoming tickets and update status
• RESTful (or GraphQL) API with authentication and role-based access
• Relational or document database schema plus migration scripts
• README or short video walk-through so I can set up the project locally and deploy it to production
I will consider the job complete once I can:
1. Spin up the project with a single command,
2. Submit a test issue and see it appear in the admin panel, and
3. Retrieve the same record through an authenticated API call.
If this sounds like your kind of build, let’s discuss timelines and milestones.
