Full-Stack Car Rental Platform -- 2

I’m building a complete car–rental service delivered through both a responsive website and native mobile apps for iOS and Android. At the heart of the project sit two must-have features: a real-time booking system that lets users see availability, reserve a vehicle, and manage their trips, and a secure payment gateway that supports major cards as well as digital wallets.
To keep development clear and measurable, here’s how I picture the work breaking down:
• Web application (front-end + back-end) with an intuitive fleet catalogue, renter dashboard, and admin console.
• iOS and Android apps sharing the same feature set and UI logic, built with either native stacks (Swift / Kotlin) or a performant cross-platform framework such as React Native or Flutter.
• End-to-end booking workflow connected to a real-time inventory database, complete with email / push confirmations.
• PCI-compliant payment integration (Stripe, PayPal, or similar) with refunds, holds, and payout reporting.
I’m open to adding user reviews and ratings in a later phase, so structuring the codebase for future modules is important. Clean documentation, unit tests for critical paths, and deployment scripts for staging and production rounds out the deliverable.
