Full-Stack CMS Web & Mobile

I need a seasoned full-stack developer to architect and build a content management system that runs smoothly on both web and mobile. Clear, confident spoken English is essential because we will be talking through requirements, white-boarding ideas, and iterating quickly.

The project starts with choosing the right stack, setting up the database schema, and wiring an API that will drive a responsive web interface as well as the companion iOS/Android app. Security, speed, and clean code matter to me as much as an intuitive editor experience for end users.

Please be comfortable discussing trade-offs in real time, sharing screens, and demoing progress on short notice. Modern frameworks—think React, Vue, Angular, Node, Laravel, Django, or comparable—are all acceptable as long as you can justify your choice and deliver production-ready quality.

Deliverables I expect:
• Detailed tech-stack proposal and timeline
• Core CMS features up and running on a staging server
• REST or GraphQL API consumed by both front ends
• Deployment scripts plus concise documentation for future maintenance
