Full-Stack CMS Development

I’m building a custom content management system and need a full-stack developer who can take the project from database schema to polished, responsive UI. Core modules must include:

• Robust user management with roles and permissions
• Built-in SEO tools for on-page optimization and metadata control
• Seamless multi-language support so each page, post, and menu can be translated from the admin panel

I’m flexible on the technology stack—Laravel, Node/Express + React, or another modern framework is fine—as long as the final code is clean, well-documented, and easy for future developers to extend.
