Full-Stack & Blockchain Devs Wanted

Our small, fully-remote tech company is expanding its core team and I need one more seasoned engineer to keep projects moving at the pace our clients expect. The role can be full-time or contract and is open to talent worldwide.
What I expect from day one
• At least five years of real-world full-stack development, with JavaScript as your primary language across front-end and back-end work.
• Solid, intermediate-level Blockchain know-how—comfortable reading smart contracts, spotting common Web3 pitfalls, and explaining the trade-offs of on-chain vs off-chain logic.
Technical screening task

Deliverables
• A short report (Markdown or PDF) that lists each bug, security hole, or architectural red flag you notice in the codebase, plus a one-line fix or mitigation for each.
• Your updated CV or LinkedIn profile.
Send both files in the same message or bundled as a zip. I review every submission personally and follow up with successful candidates for a brief video call.
Compensation sits in the USD 60–120 per hour range and scales with demonstrated expertise; long-term cooperation and equity options are on the table for the right fit.
