Full-Stack Billing Web App

I’m ready to move from scattered spreadsheets to a dedicated web application that handles one thing perfectly: invoicing. The core requirement is a robust invoice-generation module built end-to-end—database, API, and responsive UI—so I can log in, create an invoice, and send or download it in seconds.

Within that module, I need fully customizable templates. Each template must let me:
• upload my own logo,
• switch between pre-set or custom colour schemes, and
• edit footer text on a per-template basis.

Beyond those branding controls, the template editor should feel intuitive—drag-and-drop or WYSIWYG is fine as long as non-technical users can style an invoice without touching code.

I’m tech-agnostic; React + Node, Vue + Laravel, or Django are all acceptable if the stack stays mainstream, well-documented, and easy to maintain. Please include a brief outline of your proposed architecture, the libraries you’d lean on for PDF rendering or HTML-to-PDF conversion, and how you’ll keep the design mobile-friendly.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. A live, deployed demo (any cloud platform) showing invoice creation, template editing, and branded PDF export.
2. Clean, commented source code in a private Git repository.
3. Clear setup/readme so my in-house dev can spin it up locally in one step.

If this first milestone goes smoothly I may extend the project later for payment processing and client management, but right now I’m laser-focused on beautiful, brandable invoices.
