We are seeking a specialized development agency to take over from our current provider and manage multiple ongoing technical projects. The agency must have strong expertise in full-stack development, IT infrastructure, blockchain integration, and e-commerce automation, while being capable of managing freelancers and ensuring end-to-end delivery of projects.
1. Development & IT Team
The development side of the agency should be able to handle end-to-end technical needs, including infrastructure, integrations, and new project builds.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-stack development using PHP, React, and related frameworks.
Backend operations: server setup, hosting management, troubleshooting, and security.
Managing and maintaining in-house IT infrastructure.
Transition & takeover of all current backend operations from the existing provider.
E-commerce development:
Shopify development and integration.
Automations for Shopify stores, including dropshipping workflows.
Marketplace integrations (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
AI implementation for basic automation and workflow improvements.
Supporting new technical projects as they arise.
Desired Skill Set:
Strong PHP & React development skills.
Knowledge of server administration (Linux, cPanel, VPS, or cloud services).
Hands-on experience with Shopify customization and integrations.
Familiarity with API integrations, automation tools, and marketplace systems.
Exposure to AI tools and implementation in workflows.
Current Projects You Will Oversee:
Property Tokenization Platform : A project involving backend tokenization of properties, including user interfaces for property display, transaction management, and blockchain integration elements.
Backend system and displaying them in a user-friendly interface.
Management of smart contracts, integrations and bloc
Coordination and management of freelancers working on specialized tasks.
Dropshipping & AI Integration Project : A Shopify-based system connected with marketplaces, incorporating AI tools for automation, product management, and optimization.
Operating multiple brands through dropshipping models.
Shopify-driven storefronts with multi-marketplace integrations.
AI implementation to automate product management, pricing, inventory, and operations.
Full lifecycle management of brand operations: from storefront setup to marketplace scaling.
