Full HRMS Application Development, Source Code Delivery & Deployment

We are looking for a freelancer to provide a fully functional HRMS (Human Resource Management System) application, deliver the source code, and install it on our server. This project is end-to-end: development/provision, configuration, and deployment.
Scope of Work:
Provide a complete HRMS application with source code.
Include standard HRMS modules:
Employee Management
Attendance & Leave Management
Payroll Management
Recruitment & Onboarding
Reports & Analytics
Performance Management & Training (if applicable)
Install and configure the application on our server (Linux/Windows).
Set up and connect the database (MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
Test functionality to ensure smooth operation.
Provide user and installation documentation.
Optional: Provide short training for admin/users.
Required Skills:
Full-stack development or experience delivering HRMS applications
Database design and integration (MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQL Server)
Server deployment and configuration (Linux/Windows, Apache/Nginx/IIS)
Debugging and troubleshooting
HRMS functional knowledge is a plus
