Job ID: 40482885

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

Location: Remote

Type: Part-Time Contract (60 Hours/Month) – Sweat Equity Hybrid

Compensation: Modest Monthly Cash Stipend (Local Market Baseline) + Direct Common Stock Equity Substitution (Dollar-for-Dollar Offset of Your Local Market Cash Baseline). About Us

We are building Corebrain Inc., a startup conglomerate holding company modeled directly after Berkshire Hathaway’s decentralized architecture. Instead of acquiring mature companies, we are launching and scaling four patent-pending flagship products — SpiceX, Groovy, Exceed100, and Spot-on (all names are trademarked) — as independent startup sub-companies under independent leadership on a staggered 4-year timeline. Our long-term roadmap expands to eight total startup sub-companies over a 10-year horizon — all founded on patent-pending flagship innovations including a revolutionary pickup truck, disruptor mobile phone, advanced energy solution, and breakthrough automation.

We are pre-revenue, founded by an acclaimed engineer/scientist/inventor with a successful Berkshire exit, and backed by an elite advisory team of seasoned corporate executives, prominent legal minds, and a top-ranked fractional CFO. As we integrate our global financial framework and prepare for our strategic Regulation D 506(c) capital raises ($5M in Y1, $5M in Y3), we need an entrepreneurial, high-utility Full-Stack Software Engineer to own our digital execution.

The Opportunity & Career Track

Our visual front-end foundation is already designed and built using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS (including our logo landing page and product containment layout). Phase 1 requires immediate, hands-on full-stack development to finalize and secure our digital investor architecture.

We do not need a traditional webmaster; we need our future Chief Technology Officer. For a developer who can independently deliver results, this position is designed to track directly into the executive CTO role as the sub-companies activate—architecting enterprise systems, selecting core tech stacks, and building out the engineering teams for a projected multi-billion-dollar portfolio spanning multiple high-growth, trillion-dollar global industries.

What You Will Do (Phase 1 Execution)

•. Enforce Infrastructure & Access Security: Establish ironclad repository governance and environment-level access controls to permanently secure our digital assets. You will architect deployment pipelines and credential-management protocols that ensure the company maintains absolute, uncompromised custody of its code and environments, completely mitigating the risk of unauthorized lockouts or data deletion.

•. Wire Up the Gated Investor Deck: Re-wire our four sub-company containment boxes so that the Vimeo play buttons conditionally trigger data gates before rendering video streams into the page.

•. Protect Intellectual Property: Configure Vimeo’s domain-level whitelisting, privacy protocols, and dynamic player settings to ensure our proprietary product videos cannot be shared, bypassed, or downloaded via browser code inspection.

•. Build Advisory & Disclaimer Layouts: Implement clean, responsive, data-driven grid sections to showcase our high-profile advisory boards, alongside collapsible, print-friendly legal disclaimer modules and mandatory compliance checkboxes.

•. Implement Interactive Asset Visualizations: Embed and optimize our corporate organizational chart (PNG) and build a secure, clickable Capitalization Table (Cap Table) system.

•. Program Dynamic Financial Pop-ups: Structure custom, responsive modal overlay pop-ups that allow investors to click structural elements to drill down safely into underlying holding and sub-company equity configurations without leaving the secure main page.

•. Deploy Investor Verification Workflows: Integrate third-party, SEC-compliant verification APIs (such as VerifyInvestor) to securely manage accredited investor onboarding workflows linked directly to our Systeme.io email database.

•. Segment Staggered Leads: Partner with our fractional CFO to ensure that investor submissions and verification tokens correctly tag and segment capital prospects inside our CRM based on the Y1 or Y3 timeline.

•. Optimize Product Layout Containment: Refactor the visual architecture of our four core sub-company containment modules, reducing their layout footprint and adjusting background color palettes to optimize screen real estate and alignment.

•. Build Direct-to-Investor Marketing Widgets: Implement independent, standalone Reg D 506(c) general solicitation elements directly onto the site, including custom investor badges, real-time capital allocation counters, "Invest Now" gateway hooks, and interactive early-allocation bonus tiers.

Our Engineering Workflow (Non-Negotiable)

• Computer Science Foundation (BSCS Preferred): We respect a gold-standard academic background, but we respect production-ready engineering experience even more. You must understand core software architecture, data structures, and clean system design to eventually oversee multi-company technologies.

•. Mid-Level to Senior-Level Autonomy: You have a proven track record of independently shipping live web applications, allowing you to execute tasks completely unguided on Day 1.

•. Zero Production Development: You will never develop, test, or tweak styling configuration directly inside our live, production ScalaHosting Managed VPS environment.

•. Cloud-First Sandbox: All feature development and code modifications must be executed exclusively within a GitHub Codespaces sandbox, utilizing clean Git habits to push finalized code to our repository for automated deployment to our high-performance ScalaHosting network. Note: Our production infrastructure is backed by ScalaHosting’s premium 24/7/365 expert technical support, completely removing server-level system maintenance from your day-to-day overhead.
Git Discipline: We expect clean Git habits (atomic commits, branching, and pull requests) to push finalized code to our repository for automated deployment.

•. Fluid Layouts & Typographic Architecture: We hold exceptionally high standards for frontend aesthetics. You must demonstrate strict programmatic control over vertical rhythm, fluid typography, and modular section spacing. We expect you to build layouts seamlessly using framework utilities such as Tailwind CSS core spacing utilities, Bootstrap spacing/display utilities, or CSS Custom Properties paired with modern mathematical functions (clamp(), calc()).

•. Scanning Ergonomics & Layout Balance: We expect a deep understanding of layout readability. You must know how to constrain reading line lengths strictly between 45 and 75 characters ("max-w-prose" or "ch" units). Additionally, you should expertly deploy advanced text-control utilities—such as Tailwind's "text-balance" / "text-pretty", Bootstrap's ".text-wrap" / ".text-break" classes, or raw CSS properties ("text-wrap: balance", "hyphens: auto")—to eliminate unsightly paragraph rags and layout overflows.

Why Join Us?

If you want to be a core stakeholder in a Berkshire-style startup conglomerate alongside an acclaimed engineer/scientist/inventor, with a Berkshire exit and a highly distinguished advisory board, this is your opportunity.

We respect your market value: you will receive a dependable, structured monthly baseline stipend paired with a direct common stock equity substitution designed to fully compensate for the discounted cash salary dollar-for-dollar based on your local market rates.
