ImmoSelect Holding is building a next-generation real estate investment and analytics ecosystem designed to automate investment sourcing, project financing, AI-powered property analysis, investor management, and global real estate opportunities.

We are looking for a highly motivated Full-Stack Developer who wants to become part of the founding team and participate in the long-term growth of the company.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity, not a traditional freelance contract.

Compensation Structure

Category B Founder Shares and hourly rate mensuel paiement

Equity participation offered:

**2% to 8% Category B Shares**

Allocation will depend on:

* Technical experience

Examples:

* Developer contributing part-time to MVP: 2%–4%
* Lead Developer managing architecture: 4%–6%
* Founding CTO leading product and technology: 6%–8%

Phase 4 – Global Expansion
