Find Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer

Your task is to source and screen mid-level full-stack developers who communicate fluently in English, then hand me a concise shortlist ready for final interviews. I will rely on you to manage the entire funnel: drafting the vacancy, hunting on platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub or Stack Overflow, pre-qualifying technical skills, and verifying both spoken and written English during the first call.
I value hands-on recruiting experience above all, so please highlight past searches you have closed at a similar level and any proven techniques you use for assessing language fluency alongside JavaScript, Node, React or comparable full-stack skills.
Deliverables
• Minimum three vetted candidates that match the role profile
• For each candidate: CV or LinkedIn PDF, links to code samples or portfolio, your interview notes (technical & English), earliest start date, salary expectations
