Project Overview
The existing IEP SaaS MVP Event Planner has the core frontend and backend components implemented. This SOW is focused on finalizing requirements, stabilizing and preparing IEP SaaS MVP for demo and launch.

Due Date: April 3, 2026
Duration: 20 - 25 Hours
Fixed Rate: $850.00
Independent Contractor Experience Requirements
Full Stack Developer with 4 - 6 years of experience using Lovable or other Frontend UI framework (visual editor, JavaScript, CSS); Strong Supabase + Postres + Auth + Row Level Security repository, GitHub and Resend knowledge; MVP/startup experience (very important); Comfortable working with existing codebase; Clear communication (English).
Scope of Work
Contractor must be able to hit the deck running and work as part of a team to complete Milestone 3 of this project which contains three Deliverables. This is a short term assignment with long term potential for other Milestones.

Deliverable 1:
- Correct Project access (Auth) and any security issues (secret env securely stored in App
- Validate domain website Post “Coming Soon” page visible in desktop
- Validate/fix Project Management process functionals (PDF attachment)
- Validate/fix Manage Event process functionals (PDF attachment)
- Validate CM Completion Checklist (PDF attachment)
Test CM Request Workflow
Change Request
Use an existing Event in Lovable
Enter change attributes ( ex Budget amounts, Number of people that will attend the event etc).
Click “Review & Confirm” to trigger:
Verify Supabase event status changed to ‘confirmed’.
Notification via Resend email.
Verify the event and activity log entries, etc update in Supabase.
Acceptance Criteria
Schema cm_activity created and indexed.
Trigger cm_activity.log_event() attached to monitored tables.
Trigger downstream updates.
Deliverable 2: Implement Workflow and Marketing Plans
Workflow
Workflow setup (PDF attachment)
UI/UX Workflow sequence (PDF attachment)
Lovable dev Workflow map (PDF attachment)
Track event progress
Verify Analytics (Updates)
Task Collaboration/dependencies
Status transitions (event lifecycle)

Marketing Campaign (PDF attachment)
Acceptance Criteria
Schema workflow_analytics created and accessible.
Materialized views populate correctly with event and task data.
Supabase function workflow_analytics.refresh_all() runs without error.
Lovable dashboard widgets render completion metrics correctly.
Daily summary emails sent via Resend template.
GitHub Action triggers Supabase refresh on schedule.
Data retention and refresh intervals validated.
Test an event can be created and fully managed without errors
Task updates persist after refresh
No console or Supabase errors during normal u

Confirm Supabase Auth Auth setup (email/password)
Validate RLS policies for: Admin/Owner and Collaborators (read/write only
Assigned tasks)
Ensure collaborators only see assigned sections (MVP rules)
Prevent unauthorized access to other events/tasks
Ensure data integrity between frontend Lovable and backend Supabase/GitHub
Fix blocking UI - backend integration issue
Validate Edge functions,
Save reusable assets,
Include Trial specs (PDF doc) and Demo ready
Create live data for Resource Tables (except Bookings and Themes) )
Test and debug App end to end (Laptop and Cell)
Stabilize App
Launch Domain - www.idaeventpartners.com
Acceptance Criteria:
RLS policy verified for organization isolation.
CSV export path pattern resolves with UTC date stamp.
Materialized view mv_daily_activity refreshes successfully.
Lovable Activity Feed and Export Reports widgets render correctly.
GitHub webhook logging confirmed for merge and release events.
Resend notifications enabled for email marketing campaign and daily summary delivery.
