Entity Management Platform Development

We are looking for an experienced development team (or full-stack development agency) to design and build a secure, scalable Entity Management & Compliance System for our company.
The system will centralize corporate entity records, compliance tracking, document management, and governance workflows. The goal is to replace spreadsheet-based processes with a structured, secure, and automated platform.
This is a long-term project with potential for ongoing support and future enhancements.
Core Objectives:
1.Centralize all entity information in a structured database 2.Track compliance deadlines and statutory filings 3. Store and manage legal documents securely 4.Provide role-based access control
5. Offer dashboard reporting and search functionality 6. Maintain audit trails for actions and changes
6.Security is non-negotiable: SSO to Azure AD, full audit logging, encryption in transit and at rest.7.Deployment must be done on Microsoft Azure
We are looking for:
1.Experienced full-stack developers
2.Strong UI/UX capability
3. Prior experience building SaaS, compliance, or enterprise systems
4. Good communication skills (English preferred , but ok with French as well)
5. Ability to work with structured milestones
