# Full Stack Developer Needed for an Existing SaaS Platform

I am looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join an existing SaaS project that is already in an advanced stage of development.
The platform is designed for customer retention and automated follow-up processes for clinics and service-based businesses. Its purpose is to help businesses automatically reconnect with existing customers, recover inactive clients, and improve retention and conversion rates.
The system operates through WhatsApp Business and includes automated messaging workflows, follow-up campaigns, customer engagement processes, and customer retention automations.
Most of the development has already been completed. The previous developer has left the project, so I am looking for someone who can quickly understand the existing codebase, review the documentation, and complete the remaining work.
Comprehensive documentation is available, including explanations of the system architecture, workflows, development structure, and implementation details created by the previous developer.

### 2. Admin Panel Improvements
An Admin Panel already exists but requires additional work:
* Improve and organize the admin interface.
* Add management options for subscription plans.
* Enable pricing updates directly from the admin panel.
* Improve usability and user experience.
* Implement additional administrative features as needed.
### 3. Automation Workflows & Improvements
* Review and fix existing automation workflows.
* Improve reliability and accuracy of follow-up processes.
* Resolve logical and workflow-related issues.
* Implement required modifications and enhancements.
* Add new improvements and features to selected automation flows based on business requirements.
* Review existing workflows and suggest optimizations where appropriate.
* Improve both user experience and business performance of the automation system.
### 4. Bug Fixes
* A structured bug report document is available.
* Review and fix existing issues.
* Perform testing and validation after fixes.
* Ensure overall system stability.
### 5. UI / UX Improvements
* Improve the overall website appearance.
* Enhance user experience and usability.
* Optimize responsiveness where needed.
* Polish existing screens and interfaces.
