Employee Onboarding Automation Build

I need a full stack developer (no Zapier) to build an onboarding program for my insurance company. The system will:

• Create a landing page for agents to submit credentials
• Handle tax forms & contracts (DocuSign-style)
• Add new employees into GoHighLevel via API
• Automate email creation in Google Admin (Google API provided)
• Integrate with payroll program (with Selenium for 2FA handling)
• Update shared Google Sheets
• Automate reminders & follow-up emails (license, AHIP, etc.)
