Employee Auto-Scheduler Development

I am in need of a system that automates employee scheduling. This tool should ideally be web-based, but I am open to exploring other effective solutions. Every Friday, I receive blocks of time that I need to assign to my employees based on their preferences. Once assignments are completed, I then send out a text message to the whole team. I seek to automate these steps.
Key Features:
- The system should cater to 33 employees for now, but the capacity should be scalable as my business is growing.
- It is paramount that the system includes a creative, efficient, and easy-to-use method for employees to indicate their time slot preferences. I am not inclined to conventional selection methods like online forms, mobile apps, or email.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing web-based or other relevant scheduling platforms
- Strong understanding of automation processes
