Domain Parking & Brand Hub SaaS

Job ID: 39790657

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I’m ready to commission a full-stack build of a multi-tenant SaaS that blends classic domain-parking monetization with an instant “brand hub” site for each paying customer. Subscribers will be able to sign up, choose a tier, point any number of domains to the platform and, within minutes, see a fully branded site online—complete with a lightweight content management system and integrated e-commerce module so they can publish pages, list products and take payments without touching code.

For domain connection I want maximum flexibility: users who are comfortable with their registrar can opt for a simple CNAME/A-record guide, while less technical customers should enjoy a one-click automated DNS flow. Behind the scenes the app must be truly multi-tenant, separating user data, themes and storefront configurations while sharing the same codebase.

Core expectations
• Multi-tenant SaaS platform architecture (Laravel, Django, Rails or Node—open to your preference, just justify it)
• Domain-parking ad slots that pull revenue to my master account and report impressions/clicks back to the subscriber dashboard
• CMS + product catalogue, coupon and checkout flow out of the box
• Tiered subscription plans handled through Stripe (or comparable) with metered billing hooks for future add-ons
• Subscriber dashboard to edit pages, products, SEO meta, ad placements and DNS status
• Admin panel for me to view tenants, revenue split, usage metrics and manage plan limits
• Clean, responsive default theme plus simple theme editor for colors, fonts and logo
• Deployment on AWS or DigitalOcean with CI/CD and containerization so scaling new tenants is frictionless

Acceptance criteria
1. A new user can start a trial, connect a domain via manual or automated DNS, choose a template and see their live site in under 10 minutes.
2. Ads display on unused pages; once content is added, the layout shifts to prioritize the user’s pages and products while still retaining a monetization slot.
3. Subscription upgrade/downgrade works instantly and features gate appropriately disappear or unlock.
4. Admin stats accurately reflect page views, ad clicks and plan usage per tenant.
5. Repository, infrastructure as code scripts and full documentation delivered so future devs can extend the platform.

If this end-to-end scope excites you, tell me which stack you’d choose, how you’d structure the tenancy layer, and a rough timeline for MVP through production.

I need a developer (or team) to build a multi-tenant SaaS platform that combines domain
parking monetization with socialized brand hub functionality. Paying subscribers will be
able to sign up, connect their own domains, and automatically generate branded sites that
they can independently manage.
The attached detailed specification document and developer kit provide full technical
details, APIs, architecture, and templates. This brief is a high-level overview for bidding
purposes.
