✓ Installation, maintenance and remote support processes

✓ Ratings, reviews, dispute resolution and complaint management
✓ Admin panel, security and content moderation
The project will initially be developed as a web platform. Mobile applications may be planned at a later stage.

✓ Can communicate regularly during daytime hours
✓ Can provide a realistic development cost and timeline after reviewing the complete documents
