We’re hiring someone who can spot developers who don’t just code well—but can also hold their own in front of clients.
In this role, your focus is to find full-stack engineers who are comfortable jumping into live conversations, explaining their work clearly, and handling client interactions without hesitation. Think of it as sourcing developers who can both build and communicate.
We’re not looking for silent coders. We want people who can speak, present, and simplify technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
**What kind of developers you’ll be looking for:**
- Solid experience across frontend and backend (MERN is a strong plus)
- Clear, confident English and Spanish in real-time conversations
- Comfortable being on video calls and leading parts of the discussion
- Able to translate technical details into plain language
- Background working with international clients, especially US-based teams, is a big advantage
**What you’ll be doing:**
- Search and connect with developers across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and similar spaces
- Run quick live video checks (2–3 minutes) to evaluate how they communicate
- Only pass along candidates you’ve personally spoken with and vetted
