Develop an extension for OHIF dicom viewer v3.

The extension shall comprise a toolbar displaying a list of AI algorithms. Clicking an algorithm should run the active image through the algorithm, perform a prediction and display the prediction and a heatmap over the active image. Clicking an algorithm should clear the prediction and heatmap.
