I run ZeroNoticePeriod.com — India's only job platform for immediate joiners (zero notice period candidates). I need a skilled frontend developer or designer-developer to design and build 3 public-facing pages from scratch, then implement them as Laravel Blade templates.
The backend (Laravel) is already built. This is a design + frontend task.

- Modern, clean, professional — inspired by the quality of Internshala.com, Unstop.com, and IIMJobs.com
- NOT a copy of any of these sites — original design only
- Navy blue and white primary palette with green accents
- Font: Syne (headings) + DM Sans (body) — both free on Google Fonts
- Must feel premium and trustworthy — this is a hiring platform
- Fully responsive — mobile, tablet, desktop

Homepage: navbar, hero with search bar, stats bar, how it works section, job listing cards, badge upsell banner, employer section, testimonials, got hired wall, footer
Jobseeker Registration: two-column layout, social login (Google + LinkedIn), step indicator, upsell for paid badge (₹399), trust signals
Employer Registration: two-column layout, strong free messaging, company details form, trust signals

**How this project works:**
- You submit 2–3 homepage design mockups (Figma, image, or live HTML) before any build work begins
- I review and select the direction I prefer
- You then build all 3 pages as Laravel Blade templates based on the approved design
- No build work starts until I have approved a design direction
