I am looking for a skilled full-stack developer or an agency to build a peer-to-peer (P2P) delivery platform specifically for the Albanian market. The goal is to connect individuals or businesses who need to send packages with independent couriers/drivers who can deliver them.
The platform should consist of:
Customer App/Web: To post delivery requests (pickup/drop-off location, package size, photos, and budget).
Courier App: To browse available orders, place bids, or accept delivery requests based on their route.
Admin Panel: To manage users, verify couriers, and monitor transactions.
Key Features Required:
User Profiles: Separate registration for "Senders" and "Couriers" (with document upload for driver verification).
Bidding System: Senders post a request, and multiple couriers can offer their price. The sender chooses the best option.
Real-time GPS Tracking: Senders should see the package location on a map during delivery.
In-app Chat: To allow communication between the sender and the driver.
Push Notifications: Alerts for new orders, accepted bids, and completed deliveries.
Rating & Review System: To build trust within the community.
Payment Integration: Support for both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Digital Payments (Credit Cards/PayPal).
Preferred Technical Stack:
Mobile: Flutter or React Native (Cross-platform).
