Custom money transfer platform

I’m launching a web-based custom money transfer platform and need a full-stack developer who can take the idea from architecture to a functional prototype and hand-off.

Core scope
• Build secure user account and profile modules, including registration, login, password reset, and profile editing.
• Integrate a reliable payment gateway so customers can pay with major cards and see real-time transaction feedback.
• Set up a lightweight product catalogue and order flow to let me demo the buying journey end-to-end.

What I expect
– Modern, scalable tech stack (React, Vue, Angular, or similar on the front end; Node, Django, Laravel, or comparable on the back end).
– Clean, well-commented code in a private Git repo plus brief setup documentation so another developer can pick it up easily.
– Responsive UI that works smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers.
– Basic admin view for monitoring users and payments.
– Deployment to a test environment (AWS, Heroku, Vercel—your recommendation).

Nice to have (not mandatory, but mention if you can include)
• Unit tests or automated CI/CD.
• Advice on PCI-DSS best practices.
